Text Box: I’m Contradiction

I am the night, I am the day.
I am the mountain and the bay.
I am a bird that flies away.
I am a beast that you can’t slay.

I am the storm that cripples you.
I am the sky, so clear, so blue.
I am a spirit you can’t see.
You think I’m false, yet I’m so true.

I am a slave; I have no rights,
but, I’m invisible to your sight.
No one has ever heard my name.
I’m property
that no one can claim.

I am so wise, yet,
I must stress,
you will not understand, unless,
you see the things you cannot see,
for I’m a thought, I can’t express;
just like this poem: I’m meaningless!

I’m contradiction in itself!
